Pull up and the parking lot of the First United Methodist Church of Gilbert and receive your Ash Wednesday ashes from one of our pastors. Available from 7:00 a.m. until noon February 18th.

Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent in Western Christianity, marked by prayer, fasting, and the imposition of ashes on the forehead, symbolizing repentance and mortality. It occurs 46 days before Easter Sunday.
