Love Thy Neighbor

We are consistently reminded to "love thy neighbor."  One of the most meaningful ways we can show this love is by providing nourishment to those in need.  

Donate Non-Perishable Food Items here at church or you can drop off at a local food bank.  Our Mission team continues to provide food snack and supplies to Gilbert Elementary School.   Consider making a donation directly to your local food bank.  Your contributions can help families in our community who are facing food insecurity.  

The Arizona Food Bank Network offers a directory of food banks, pantries, and soup kitchens across the state.  Visit azfoodbanks.org/get-food.  The state of Arizona has established a link to donate and volunteer for state-wide food insecurity programs, go to azgovernor.gov.  

If you are in need of food or know someone who is through the governor's new program, SNAP households will be able to access a $30 voucher to purchase fresh produce at participating farmers markets, mobile markets and community grocery stores.  A list of Arizonans can find participating retailers at https://doubleupaz.org/locations/.  

Together, we can make an impact in our community and exemplify the love of Christ in Action.  Let's come together ot share our blessings and ensure that no one goes hungry!
